Well done to everyone who had a go at the last challenge!

There is a new task set on MyMaths for Year 4s now (Miss Gray will set one for Year 5s) it is a round up of all the multiplication and division we have been doing and it would be really useful if you had a go and let me know how you get on either by commenting on this post or by speaking to me at school :)

Year 4 children- your MyMaths activity this week is all about multiplying by 10 and 100. Remember from your classwork, each digit moves across your place value chart to the left by ONE for multiplying by 10 and by TWO for multiplying by 100. Use counters to help if you need to, you can make your own or use buttons/coins. Good luck :)

 Hello lovely Pyrenees class.

There is a MyMaths activity set for the Year 4's all about written methods for addition and subtraction- remember to start with the ones column and if you are using a pencil and paper to write the numbers in columns neatly. Use the inverse operation to check your answers.

Miss Gray has set a MyMaths activity for the Year 5's about improper and mixed fractions. Please try to have a go at this activity as it will help you in your lessons.
