Home learning only to be completed if you are self-isolating

Maths 


This week we are beginning by looking at rounding to the nearest 10. When we round to the nearest 10 we look at the ones digit. If it is 5 or more we round UP to the next multiple of 10 (e.g. 38 would become 40) If it is 4 or less we round DOWN to the previous multiple of 10 (e.g. 24 would become 20).

Today we started to innovate the model text 'The Caravan'.  Use the boxed up planning grid below to begin to plan the innovated version of the text. We've chosen the title 'The House'. Look at what happens in the original text and think what could happen in our new version.
